About Us
Kirat Rai Yayokkha UK is a national indigenous cultural and community organisation bringing together diverse Kirat Rai linguistic communities across the United Kingdom. KRY UK works to preserve, promote, and develop the diverse Kirat Rai languages, cultures, traditions, heritage, and identity for present and future generations while strengthening unity, inclusion, and community engagement within wider British society.
What We Do
- Preserve and promote the diverse linguistic cultures, traditions, and languages of the Kirat Rai community
- Strengthen unity and collaboration among Kirat Rai communities across the United Kingdom
- Encourage youth participation, cultural continuity, and intergenerational learning
- Organise cultural festivals, community events, and heritage activities
- Support community wellbeing, identity, and social engagement across the UK
