Ubhauli & Udhauli Festval
KRY UK organises two of the most important annual cultural celebrations of the Kirat Rai community: Ubhauli “Ascending”and Udhauli “Descending”.

Ubhauli Festival
Ubhauli marks the seasonal movement towards higher lands and symbolises harmony with nature, renewal, and gratitude. It is celebrated through traditional Silli dances, cultural performances, and spiritual observances.
Udhauli Festival
Udhauli marks the seasonal return to lower lands and symbolises harvest, reflection, and gratitude. It is celebrated with cultural gatherings, traditional rituals, and community participation.

These events attract participants from across the United Kingdom, including Surrey, Hampshire, Kent, London, and beyond, making them important national gatherings for the Kirat Rai community.
